1. Free Software, No Charge

Dicom Burner is provided to you free of charge. No license fee, subscription, or payment of any kind is required to install or use this software.

2. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to install and use this software for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial, subject to the terms of this agreement.

3. "AS IS" – No Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The author makes no representation or warranty that this software is fit for any particular purpose, including but not limited to clinical, diagnostic, or regulatory use, or that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Your Responsibility

• Maintaining independent backups of any data (including DICOM studies and other patient information) before burning, copying, transferring, or deleting it with this software;
